School Day & Opening Times
The compulsory opening hours for students start at 8.20 and finish at 14.50. The total compulsory hours per week are 32.5 (6.5 per day).
Our reception is open between 8am - 4pm, Monday - Friday, term-time only. For extended use, including use by the public, please see our Community Use page. Outside of our main reception hours, please direct any queries to our general email address: enquiries@penistone-gs.uk.

In line with keeping children safe in education and protecting the safety and wellbeing of all our students, we require all visitors to bring a form of photo ID with them to confirm their identity together with a copy of their DBS or DBS number should they have one. Our Designated Safeguarding Lead is Mrs K Crook (Assistant Principal). Please see our Safeguarding page for further information.
The designated member of staff who deals with queries from parents / carers and other members of the public is Mrs G Robinson (Director of Business & Operations).
