Amanda is a Specialist Leader of Education (SLE) for Initial teacher training (ITT), Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) development and Mathematics.
With over 14 years of leadership experience in schools Amanda has successfully developed teachers within the mathematics department and across school through effective CPD/INSET and coaching, and is now a Professional Development Lead for the National Centre for Excellence in the Teaching of Mathematics (NCETM).
In addition, Amanda has been responsible for the development of the School Direct ITT programme since its introduction in 2012.
Amanda has qualified teacher status (QTS) and studied mathematics with education to Degree and Post Graduate Diploma level at Sheffield Hallam University.

Ian is a Specialist Leader of Education (SLE) for Continued Professional Development (CPD) and English.
He is a former Advanced Skills Teacher (AST) with a number of years experience working with teachers and leaders at various stages of their career in order to develop their teaching and learning.
In addition Ian has been responsible for the development of the School Direct ITT programme since 2013 with specific responsibility for training programmes, pedagogy and research within the partnership.
Ian has a PGCE with qualified teacher status (QTS) and studied English to Degree and Masters level.

Lynn is the primary Lead Initial Teacher Education Co-ordinator (LITEC) for School Direct – coordinating school based training experience and overseeing the cluster.
Lynn has been responsible for the development the Primary School Direct ITT programme since 2014.
With over thirty years experience in primary education Lynn has successfully worked with teachers at various stages of their career in order to develop their teaching and learning.
Lynn has been a lead mentor with Sheffield Hallam University since 1996.
